Siue Moffat began writing vegan cookzines in the mid '90's and decided to do a healthier collection of desserts. As there were no vegan dessert cookbooks at the time it seemed natural to self publish in book form. Lickin' the Beaters: Low Fat Vegan Desserts Illustrated by 8 Fantastic Artists was born from 5 years of work.

Seven years later Lickin' the Beaters 2: Vegan Chocolate and Candy is coming up the pipeline. Another 5 years of concocting recipes has lead to a collection of rich and decadent recipes of cruelty free sweets.

Lickin' the Beaters 2, and the second printing of Lickin' the Beaters 1, are both new titles from PM Press.
